Meet the Founder
Hi, I'm Mirta, founder of Cand Sutton.
Some of the most meaningful stories don't begin with a business plan; they begin with a lifelong habit.
For as long as I can remember, I've been drawn to light. At ten years old, I began training in ballet and belly dance, where I discovered the beauty of movement, elegance, and sparkle. I loved wearing shimmer everywhere; on my skin, my shoulders, even in my hair. It wasn't just part of performing; it became part of who I was.
As the years passed, I stopped dancing, but the shimmer never left me. I wore it to work, to dinner, on ordinary days, and especially on the difficult ones. Friends and family began to associate me with it. Wherever I went, there was always a little glow.
Long before Cand Sutton existed, I dreamed of creating my own body shimmer brand. I spent years sketching logos, imagining formulas, and thinking about what the brand could become. But like many dreams, it was often interrupted by fear, uncertainty, and the feeling that maybe the timing would never be right.
There were moments when I questioned everything. Moments when giving up felt easier than continuing. Yet every time I stepped away, I found myself coming back to the same vision.
Eventually, I made the decision to stop waiting. I invested my savings, closed old chapters of my life, and committed myself fully to building the brand I had imagined for years. It wasn't born from certainty; it was built through persistence, hope, and the belief that beautiful things are worth creating, even when the outcome is unknown.
The name Cand Sutton is deeply personal. It honors the women who came before me; my grandmothers and great-grandmothers; whose strength, grace, and resilience continue to inspire me every day. Their legacy reminds me that beauty is not only about appearance; it's about carrying yourself with confidence, kindness, and quiet elegance.
Cand Sutton was created to celebrate that feeling. Not just shimmer on the skin, but light that comes from confidence, individuality, and embracing who you are; even on the days that don't feel bright.

Do you offer returns or refunds?
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.
